‘So, why did you leave your last job?’ might just be one of the questions that pop up in an interview. Instead of bemoaning the ineptitude of your manager or you’re sinister workmate that stabbed you in the back and stole your promotion, put a positive spin on things.

While that may have been the reason for your departure avoid making negative judgements and criticisms of past employers and companies because in the end, the person you’ll be criticising will be yourself in the eyes of the interviewer.
