Over 100 years ago, Louis Sullivan, dubbed America’s first modern architect foreshadowed the design of the modern skyscraper.

Turning his back on traditional architectural style, he sought to create ‘aesthetic unity’ in tall buildings, following the Art Nouveau trend prevalent in Europe from 1890-1914.
