We’re living in disruptive times. The only constant is change. Policies are tightening, not just in the arts and cultural space and certainly not just in Australia. We’ve seen it in Canada, the UK and Ireland. The not-for-profit sector as a whole has been on the receiving end of policy tightening which has translated to restricted dollars. The rise of technology offers fantastic opportunities. We’re all in a global market, but that also brings with it, its own challenges in terms of how you stay up with the currency and how you use those tools for your own benefit. And then of course the generational shifts, Gen X, that’s me and Gen Ys coming through fast and furiously.
