The Hunt Club Community Arts Centre is Brimbank City Council's primary arts venue, providing a range of opportunities for people to participate in the arts and community events.
Located in the historic Deer Park Hunt Club building, the Foyer Gallery and Gallery 2 offer track lighting, easy hanging systems, 24 hour security system and are staffed during opening hours. The gallery is programmed through an annual call for applications and in-house exhibitions. Application packs and deadlines are advertised externally and posted on our website Arts and Culture
At the Hunt Club Community Arts Centre we make our gallery spaces available to experienced and emerging artists alike and we are proud to present primarily artists from the western region. The Hunt Club Community Arts Centre features two gallery spaces. In addition, we offer a full complement of arts and culture classes for all abilities, an artist-in-residence program, affordable room hire for community groups as well as various arts projects and events. The gallery program presents a diverse range of curated and community exhibitions throughout the year.
Our Gallery Monday to Thursday 9am-5.30pm (Extended hours with course programming) Friday 9am-4.30pm Saturday 9am-12.30pm Closed Public Holidays Please note: the Arts Centre is open between exhibitions but the gallery spaces are closed for installation of the next exhibition.
Exhibit at the Hunt Club Galleries At the Hunt Club Community Arts Centre our gallery spaces are available to experienced and emerging artists alike. We are especially proud to present artists from the Western Region of Melbourne.
Art Spaces The Arts and Culture Unit make available a number of art spaces for local artists to include Sunshine Art Space and Sunshine Gallery, Deer Park Art Space and Keilor Art Space. Opportunities can be available through an expression of interest for short or long term residencies.
