Melba Opera Trust delivers a pioneering national program producing world class artists and we do this by teaching Australia’s most promising young artists to successfully manage their career whilst developing their craft.
Dame Nellie Melba’s philosophy of hard work and being "more than a voice" informs the program we offer, and underpins the journey of Melba artists today. The Melba Program encompasses business and artistic skills, alongside a connection to the international industry, though the talented and diverse mentors that share their expertise, experience and insight with our artists.
