WHO WE ARE
Moving into its eleventh year, Festival of Voices is Australia’s premier festival of the voice in all its forms. The Festival offers a world class program of workshops, concerts and events for people of all ages and abilities, presented by internationally renowned guest artists and vocal conductors.
While most other festivals solely work in a traditional capacity of arts presentation (you buy a ticket, you watch a show), what makes what we do unique is that we provide an immersive environment and the opportunity to work, learn and perform with world class artists.
Every year in July, our unique festival welcomes nearly two thousand choristers and vocalists to the historic waterfront precinct of Hobart, for ten wonderful days, turning it into a ‘Singing City’.
