Marketing and PR Manager

Seeking a super star to lead our marketing and communications in this new career building role.
The Marketing and PR Manager plays a key role in the delivery of marketing and promotional strategies and campaigns. This position works closely with the CEO to deliver a coordinated approach to the overall communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage strategic marketing plans for a range of projects
- Manage the scheduling, coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely production and delivery of advertising material and collateral
- Develop relationships with media to help promote Flying Arts, the brand and the programs
- Create and maintain campaigns to grow our lists of potential leads, including email news subscribers, social media followers, and other specialised lists
- Ensure partner/supporter benefits are realised
Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience and success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and campaigns, on limited budgets.
- Proven high level communication skills across all mediums. Exemplary writing skills in particular creative copywriting and proofreading, and highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Superior time management, documentation and process management skills
- Ability to work with a high level of personal initiative, to think laterally, creatively and strategically, and to manage competing priorities and strict deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving ability
