Corrugated Iron is the Northern Territory’s award-winning youth arts company, playing a crucial role in a region without tertiary training in the performing arts.

We engage, train, mentor and employ emerging artists and creative professionals who inspire children and young people to develop their skills and forge pathways in the arts. We champion the NOW generation of creative leaders, makers and performers, ensuring our artistic program is shaped by the voices, ideas and experiences of young people.

Through cross-sector partnerships, we work to remove barriers to participation so that children and young people across the Northern Territory can access high-quality creative experiences.

Our artistic program includes workshops, performances, special projects and a significant community engagement program delivered across urban, regional and remote communities.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

The Finance and Operations Coordinator is a pivotal position supporting both financial management and day-to-day operations, ensuring our internal systems and processes run smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll play an important role in maintaining financial records, coordinating administrative workflows, and contributing to the ongoing impact of the Northern Territory’s leading youth arts organisation. 

Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll help coordinate operational priorities that support the effective delivery of our programs, including workshops, performances, special projects, regional and remote schools & community engagement. Your work will directly contribute to the sustainability and impact of our organisation. 

We’re looking for someone who can confidently navigate both people and systems, someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and making sure everything runs as it should.

• Supporting financial administration and record-keeping 
• Coordinating internal processes and workflows
