Help - I haven't received my replacement credit card details yet
Got a new payment card stuck in the mail and afraid you'll miss your next payment date? Don't stress - we're happy to offer all our members a safety period if you're awaiting new card details to arrive in the mail.
To request this safety period, please contact our support team and we'll work with you to ensure your membership isn't in any trouble!
Help - my card has insufficient funds!
If the credit or debit card you have selected in your payment details has insufficient funds, rather than cancel your account immediately, ArtsHub/ScreenHub will suspend your membership for 30 days and attempt to withdraw funds up to once a day.
We ask that all members update their billing preferences in this 30-day suspension or we'll be in the unfortunate position to cancel your membership agreement.
How do I manage and update my billing details?
You can change your Billing Details in your Personal Profile Section. Simply:
- Log into your account.
- Click on the button with your name on the right corner of the screen.
- Hover over My Account in the menu bar.
- Click on Billing and Payment and follow the next prompts.
Otherwise, you can easily contact us and we can change your billing details over the phone. Please do not send Credit Card details via email as this may compromise your digital safety.
If you have an active PayPal or FuturePay agreement and you wish manage your billing, please call 03 9605 3800 or email email@example.com.
How do I stop my membership from auto-renewing?
All auto-renewing membership types have the option to opt-out of or cancel further billing.
1.1: Annual/Quarterly term - Monthly payment
For members with an annual or quarterly term of subscription via a Monthly Payment, you can select to Opt Out of the Billing Cycle or to Cancel Billing.
1.1.1: Opt out of the Billing Cycle: by opting out your subscription and monthly payments will continue until your Agreement Renewal date and then expire.
1.1.2: Cancel Billing: By cancelling your subscription before your Agreement Renewal date, your membership will be cancelled and expired the day of your next scheduled payment. You will not be billed further however you will incur a $66 early cancellation fee.
1.2: Fixed term - Upfront payment
For members with annual, quarterly or monthly fixed term subscriptions via an Upfront Payment, you can select to Opt Out of the Billing Cycle which will mean that your subscription will not automatically renew at the end of the subscription period and will expire. No cancellation fee applies.
How does the membership 'auto-renew' feature work?
Auto-renew is when your ArtsHub membership automatically bills you for your next payment amount and renews your membership on your agreement renewal date. It's the best way to ensure your ArtsHub membership never expires.
To ensure your membership doesn't continue and to avoid payments after your agreement renewal date, all auto-renewing membership types have the option to opt-out of or to cancel further billing.
What payment methods does ArtsHub accept for subscriptions?
ArtsHub uses the eWAY secure payment gateway and currently accepts payment via credit or debit card. Alternatively, please call our subscriber hotline 03 9605 3800 to request other payment methods.
Company Members can pay using a credit card, bank transfer or cheque as required. Please select the relevant option and we will invoice you.
What's the difference between Cancelling and Opting-Out of my membership?
For members who pay via a Monthly Payment, you can select to Opt Out of the Billing Cycle or to Cancel Billing. By opting out of your billing cycle, your subscription and monthly payments will continue until your Agreement Renewal date and then expire. By cancelling your subscription, your membership will expire the day of your next scheduled payment and you will not be billed.
Please note: cancelling your monthly payment subscription BEFORE your Agreement Renewal date will incur a $66 early cancellation fee.
For members with annual or quarterly Upfront Payment subscriptions, selecting "Cancel Billing" will mean that your subscription will not automatically renew at the end of the subscription period and will expire. No cancellation fee applies.
