Help - my card has insufficient funds!
If the credit or debit card you have selected in your payment details has insufficient funds, rather than cancel your account immediately, ArtsHub/ScreenHub will suspend your membership for 30 days and attempt to withdraw funds up to once a day.
We ask that all members update their billing preferences in this 30-day suspension or we'll be in the unfortunate position to cancel your membership agreement.
How do I manage and update my billing details?
You can change your Billing Details in your Personal Profile Section. Simply:
- Log into your account.
- Click on the button with your name on the right corner of the screen.
- Hover over My Account in the menu bar.
- Click on Billing and Payment and follow the next prompts.
Otherwise, you can easily contact us and we can change your billing details over the phone. Please do not send Credit Card details via email as this may compromise your digital safety.

1.1.2: Cancel Billing: By cancelling your subscription before your Agreement Renewal date, your membership will be cancelled and expired the day of your next scheduled payment. You will not be billed further however you will incur a $66 early cancellation fee.
1.2: Fixed term - Upfront payment
For members with annual, quarterly or monthly fixed term subscriptions via an Upfront Payment, you can select to Opt Out of the Billing Cycle which will mean that your subscription will not automatically renew at the end of the subscription period and will expire. No cancellation fee applies.
How does the membership 'auto-renew' feature work?
Auto-renew is when your ArtsHub membership automatically bills you for your next payment amount and renews your membership on your agreement renewal date. It's the best way to ensure your ArtsHub membership never expires.
To ensure your membership doesn't continue and to avoid payments after your agreement renewal date, all auto-renewing membership types have the option to opt-out of or to cancel further billing.
