I am unable to log in?
Please check that you are entering the correct email address and password for your current ArtsHub subscription. Your password is case-sensitive. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the Forgotten Password
ArtsHub maintains three global sites - ArtsHub Australia (www.artshub.com.au), ScreenHub Australia (www.screenhub.com.au) and ArtsHub UK (www.artshub.co.uk). Your login details will ONLY work for the site(s) you are subscribed to, so check that you are visiting the correct website for your subscription.
If your updated password is not working, then you may need to clear the cookies and /or saved password from your internet browser. You can find instructions on how to do this within the Help section of your browser

My email address is already in use?
Currently, we only allow one account per email address, so if you get this error message when trying to sign up, it’s likely you already have an account.
If you wish to access the existing account, enter the email address in our forgotten password form. You'll then receive an email with instructions on how to reset the password.
Previous and expired members who wish to join our Student membership offering are welcome to use emails already connected to an existing account. Please contact our support team if you are having issues.

How do I get discounted listings?
If you are looking to place multiple listings and would like to receive a 40% - 60% discount, we highly recommend you look into an Industry membership for your organisation or business.

How do I place a listing on your site?
Advertising a listing on ArtsHub and ScreenHub is easy. Simply select one of the categories below, choose from a listing option, and click continue.
If you are a member, then please ensure you are logged in before creating your listing and it will automatically be linked to your account.
Not a member? Not a problem! We will create a temporary login to allow you to edit and manage your listing.

How do I change my email address?
If you wish to change your email address please email the Subscriptions Team and include your name,
the email address currently linked to your subscription and the new email address you would like to use.
You will be sent your new login details as confirmation of update....
Help – my subscription has been suspended?
If your billing details have expired, cancelled or has insufficient funds, your subscription may be placed in suspension after three unsuccessful billing attempts.
To update your billing details simply log into your account then click on the 'My Account' (click on your name in the top right of the website).
Once your billing details have been updated you will need to click on the 'Reactive Agreement' button and your subscription will be reactivated within 24 hours once billing has completed successfully.
Alternatively, call us on 03 9605 3800 to update your billing details and reactivate your subscription immediately.
How do I check my membership status and expiry date?
You can check your membership type, status, and expiry date in your ArtsHub Personal Profile Section. Simply:
- Log into your ArtsHub account.
- Click on the button with your name on the top right corner of the screen.
- All your information will be summarised underneath the Current Membership heading
- Your Agreement renewal is the date in which your membership term with ArtsHub will renew. This will either be the date 12 or 3 months after you first signed up for a membership.
- Your Expiry date is the date in which your account will expire, pending if your next payment is successful.
- Your Payment No. displays how many payments you have completed in your billing cycle
- The Next Payment date is the next payment (inc. cost) queued up in your membership billing cycle
- Your membership Status is then displayed at the bottom

Help - I haven't received my replacement credit card details yet
Got a new payment card stuck in the mail and afraid you'll miss your next payment date? Don't stress - we're happy to offer all our members a safety period if you're awaiting new card details to arrive in the mail.
To request this safety period, please contact our support team and we'll work with you to ensure your membership isn't in any trouble!
Help - my card has insufficient funds!
If the credit or debit card you have selected in your payment details has insufficient funds, rather than cancel your account immediately, ArtsHub/ScreenHub will suspend your membership for 30 days and attempt to withdraw funds up to once a day.
We ask that all members update their billing preferences in this 30-day suspension or we'll be in the unfortunate position to cancel your membership agreement.
How do I manage and update my billing details?
You can change your Billing Details in your Personal Profile Section. Simply:
- Log into your account.
- Click on the button with your name on the right corner of the screen.
- Hover over My Account in the menu bar.
- Click on Billing and Payment and follow the next prompts.
Otherwise, you can easily contact us and we can change your billing details over the phone. Please do not send Credit Card details via email as this may compromise your digital safety.

All members can easily manage their email preferences in their Personal Profile Section. Simply:

- Click on the button with your name on the top right corner of the screen.
- All your information will be summarised underneath the Newsletter Preferences heading in the right-hand column and in the Newsletter Preferences section under the My Account drop-down menu.
- From either of these locations, members are able to click and edit their newsletter preferences.
I’d like to unsubscribe from all emails
All members can easily manage their email preferences in their Personal Profile Section. Simply:
- Log into your account.
- Click on the button with your name on the top right corner of the screen.
- All your information will be summarised underneath the Newsletter Preferences heading in the right-hand column and in the Newsletter Preferences section under the My Account drop-down menu.
- From either of these locations, members are able to unsubscribe or edit their newsletter preferences.
