High Visibilty
As part of the 2014 Perth City Winter Arts Season, two art projects High Visibility curated by Melissa McGrath and Preludes by Chris Cobilis, will take place in a effort to change how the public typically experience art.
‘High Visibility and Preludes are two free, interesting and thought-provoking events that challenge the way people think about and interact with art,’ said City of Perth Lord Mayor Lisa Scaffidi.
