Paul Williamson has established an illustrious reputation as a trumpeter and composer, producing distinctive recordings of outstanding ensemble performances. As an industry leader, he has released 12 CDs and has performed with many jazz greats in the United States and across Europe, Asia, and Australia.
Williamson will be joined on stage by Sam Keevers on piano, Carl Mackey on alto sax, Helen Svoboda on double bass, and Miles Henry on drums, for a performance that will feature original compositions by the ensemble members. Expect swing, groove and Latin tinges, with a distinctly Melbourne flair.
