The Party is planned to start on Saturday 28 August with an evening Gala Event featuring jazz some of the top Australian artists and (Covid-19 restrictions allowing) a famous jazz musician from New York.
The centrepiece of the Noosa Jazz Party is a program of improvised jazz at The J, Noosa Heads, from Wednesday August 31 to Saturday September 3 with four hours of entertainment on two nights and two-afternoon sessions. There will be table seating, a dance floor, tuckerbox meals, a fully licensed bar, a lounge area and a shuttle bus from some Noosa accommodation to The J.
Other venues around Noosa include the popular lunch series at restaurants at Noosa Marina, restaurants and cafes in Hastings Street, Noosaville, Cooroy and Sunshine Beach, and a free Sunday concert in Lions Park, Gympie Terrace, Noosaville, overlooking the Noosa River on Father’s Day.
