The Australian Ballet’s Regional Tour Ballet Gala is spreading the joy of dance around the country with a dazzling night of ballet.
A highlight of the program will be Swan Lake Variations, a tribute to the beauty of the best-loved composer of ballet music, Tchaikovsky. This never-before-seen piece has been especially choreographed for the Regional Tour Ballet Gala by former Artistic Director David McAllister.
Also included as part of the show is a selection of pas de deux that highlight the intimacy of dance performed by two people and two new commissions that have been curated especially for regional audiences.
