Join us on the second Sunday of the month to explore your creative side.
Experience mindful approaches to artmaking and try new techniques and mediums as you express yourself and enhance your wellbeing. Find your voice while you paint, sculpt and cultivate creativity.

These sessions are ideal for participants seeking to connect with themselves, their creativity and community.

Explore balance, rhythm & movement with sculpture. In this workshop you will be guided to reflect on form by modelling, building, and assembling materials to create shapes and view and discuss sculptures in the Georges River Art Prize.

This class is fun for beginners and people wanting to explore art-making in 3-dimensions.
Delivered by Amy Jane Scully, an artist who is based in the Sutherland shire. She works across film, theatre and as a visual artist and educator with a passion for wellbeing through creativity. Drawing on mindful approaches to art-making, her classes are playful, engaging and relaxing.
No previous experience required and all are welcome. All materials are provided. Although participants are encouraged to source found materials for their unique creations.
