Art Waku Waku is an arts consultancy based in Sydney with the specific charter to foster creative relationships, experiences and exchange between Japanese-Australian children and families.

This July, it will again present Tanabata: Wish Upon a Star, an installation and storytelling workshop with artist Chaco Kato, presented at Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre as part of its WOW Festival. It proved to be a drawcard for arts programming for children, and was booked out in record time.
