Penelope Benton is the Executive Director of NAVA. She is committed to improving working conditions for visual artists and the sector. Nicole Beyer has been Executive Director of TNA since 2009, a role that has grown with the organisation’s expansion from a Victorian program to a small but influential national peak body for contemporary performing arts.
