How long should you stay in a job?

When should you take the leap and switch things up? And if you do, how long is acceptable to stay in your new gig?

It’s a fair question – right? We spend so much of our lives working, it seems sensible to know when’s too little, too long, and when’s just the right amount to stay in a job for maximum benefit for your career.

The truth is, there is no magic number, nor any strict rules. But there are some useful guide points, especially as COVID continues to throw many of our work-life cards in the air.
