Wardandi (Nyoongar) and Badimaya (Yamatji) Aboriginal curator Clothilde Bullen joins the Art Gallery of Western Australia (AGWA) as Curator and Head of Indigenous Programs.
Marking the start of a new era at WA’s premier arts institution, Bullen will lead AGWA’s reframing and communication of historical and contemporary Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art and cultures. Embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledge and practices within AGWA, Bullen will help lead meaningful engagement and revitalisation of programming and collaborations.
