Creative virtual escapes to combat cabin fever

Yes, lockdown is driving us bonkers. And yes, everything feels so depressing. But this doesn’t have to be another bad news story. Here are 10 examples of some great virtual creative escapes.

Wrapping up the first year that was COVID, one thing that emerged was the use of new language. From the much overused term ‘pivot’ to harnessing ‘iso-creativity’, whacking on some ‘sanny’, while adopting to the ‘new normal’ – we’re certainly in a world of new lingo.

And while our new normal might be in lockdown, it doesn’t need to mean shutdown. Right now, we could all use some escapes to keep our spirits alive, and many arts orgs and creatives are leading the way in helping us do that virtually.
