Melbourne Queer Film Festival will celebrate its 29th year in 2019 and for the first time will screen films at South Yarra’s iconic Jam Factory, where the launch will also take place.

Program Director, Spiro Economopoulos, has sourced a superlative cornucopia of local and international contemporary queer cinema resulting in a line-up of over 141 features, documentaries and shorts, including nine Australian premieres, 28 Melbourne premieres, and one lovingly restored classic feature.
