The performers using sport to smash the patriarchy

As anyone who has played tennis or squash will agree, smashing the hell out of a ball – sometimes directly at your opponent – is a fine way to expel stress. Expanding on this idea, two artists have taken up the vigorous sports of tennis and squash to deliver powerful feminist messages, in work premiering at the Festival of Live Art.
