A Melbourne blogger has been threatened with a defamation suit by lawyers in the United States representing Redfoo, after she published an article slamming his controversial new single Literally I can’t.

The song, released by LMFAO frontman-turned-soloist Redfoo has received widespread criticism across the internet – dubbed the most offensive song of year – and has prompted the X-Factor judge to issue an apology to fans this morning for lyrics which include ‘Girl, I’m sipping on this drink, trying to see what you got, not hear what you think’.
