About the Author
Henrietta Manning is an award-winning contemporary realist painter. She works predominantly from life, with her preferred medium being acrylic on board. Themes evolve as she develops the work, creating a series for regular solo exhibitions. Currently living in Victoria, Henrietta studied Art Foundation at Goldsmith’s College UK, English and Fine Art at Exeter University UK, and did her Postgraduate in Art at City Art Institute, University of NSW, Sydney, Australia. In 1992 – 94 she established ‘Cameron Street Studio’ in Sydney, which was an exhibition space for contemporary artists. Her work has been hung in numerous award exhibitions, including the landscape prize ‘The Wynne’ at The Art Gallery of NSW.
