Melbourne-based projection artist Ian De Gruchy has more than transformed three key structures in central Perth, as part of the 2004 Perth International Arts festival.
For the Transformations project, de Gruchy has worked with the Perth Concert Hall and an adjacent wall of the Duxton Hotel, the 100-year-old His Majesty’s Theatre and Barrack’s Arch at the west-end of St Georges Terrace.
Pip Davey is a Perth-based freelance writer, who travelled for 10 years before settling in Australia. Pip has an BA from James Cook Uni, plus a BA (Hons) and post-grad Journalism Diploma from Murdoch University. She has experience in travel and local news and feature writing, but has a penchant for policy and political issues.
