The Sydney Jewish Museum's three curators will deliver a behind-the-scenes presentation of various aspects of the Curatorial Department. This is a unique opportunity to find out their industry secrets on curating, connecting and collecting with a particularly special and sometimes rather quirky collection.
Curators Roslyn Sugarman, Shannon Biederman and Rachel Mensforth will discuss the development of the current exhibition, 'Unseen Untold: Our Curious Collection', the 9,000-object collection, and their ongoing drive to ensure that all Holocaust and other relevant material is not lost and finds a home. They will also reveal a couple of never-before-exhibited objects hiding in the archive.
Tickets $15 | Includes glass of wine and admission to the Museum before the talk (4.30-6pm).
