CoLABS is the most affordable ways to entertain the kids – and yourself – these school holidays. It’s western Sydney’s biggest outdoor art gallery powered by science and technology. Control a giant inflatable bear with your Twitter account, step inside an enormous pyramid constructed from 1700 bread crates, play noughts and crosses with a life-size robot or bring an interactive sound garden to life by touching the plants.
Set in Bungarribee Park at Blacktown, CoLABS features works from artists including Marian Aboud, Rachelle Balez, Edison Chen, Jonathon Bolitho, Mehwish Iqbal and scientists from the Marcs Institute of Brain and Behviour at Western Sydney University and robotics company, Robological.
CoLABS runs Friday 29 Sep - Sunday 8 Oct, 10am-6pm daily. Tickets are $5 plus booking fee.
Food and drinks available, parking on site.
