Managing Creative People in Creative Ways

The Arts Wellbeing Collective pilot program kicks off with a hands-on workshop targeted at everyone who manages people.

Team leaders, project managers, producers, technical and operations managers, HR practitioners, company managers and executives will all benefit from this practical overview. Work through a ‘how-to’ list for managing some of the most common people and culture issues in the performing arts industry; learn how to build an ‘emotional bank’ with your team; acquire skills for managing the emotions and motivations of various personality types; and gain the confidence to address issues of mental health as soon as possible.

Co-facilitated by Dr Michael Carr-Gregg and Sonia Lindsay, Executive Director HR at Arts Centre Melbourne.
