Bottoms Up! casual drop-in classes are an enjoyable way for you to get fit & flexy whilst learning new skills, in a fun and friendly environment. You’ll be having so much fun that you’ll forget you’re exercising!!
Casual classes are drop-in sessions that run every week throughout the term. Perfect for beginners who want to give classes a go before committing to a course, those wanting a fun workout or stretch, or those wanting an extra class every week to add to their fitness régime.
No bookings are required – just rock on up when you are able!
