A city digitises its collection

More than 8,000 objects of cultural significance are now available to view online.

For over 160 years the City of Melbourne has collected items of cultural significance; now they have made these objects available to view online.

The new City Collection website hosts over 1,000 images with a further 3,000 images to be uploaded over the coming year.
