Post-tertiary artists are encouraged to apply for a 12 month studio residency at Brighton’s Billilla Mansion for the 2014-15 year.

The Artist in Residence program allows post-tertiary visual artists, writers, composers, sculptors, and multimedia artists to concentrate on body of work or substantial project as part of Bayside City Council’s Arts and Culture program.
