Building arts in the suburbs

Most Australians live in the suburbs but the overwhelming majority of arts activity occurs in, or close to, the inner city. 

It’s a problem state governments are starting to recognise because the geographic separation also leads to less access, less cultural diversity and a growing divide between the haves and the have-nots.
