As the Director, Engagement and Development, you’ll be joining the Executive Team at this exciting time of renewal, with a $250 million in capital works program under way. In this role, you will lead a team of about 70 people and the development of whole-of-business strategies and operations for marketing, brand, communications, media relations, corporate sponsorship, philanthropy, and special events. You will be a key partner in providing advice to the Trust, Chief Executive and Executive Team in balancing a diverse community of stakeholders, from artists, audiences, donors, sponsors and tourists.
We are seeking an experienced executive who has developed and led successful communications, marketing, philanthropic and corporate sponsorship strategies for a large and complex organisation, effectively managed multiple stakeholders, and created a culture of high performance in the arts, tourism or corporate services.
It is essential that you have tertiary qualifications and are committed to your ongoing professional development.
