Indigenous literary festival takes flight

Victoria’s first Indigenous Literary Festival, Blak & Bright, will take place in February 2016.

Jointly presented by the eight Resident Organisations of The Wheeler Centre – including Writers Victoria, Melbourne Writers Festival, the Emerging Writers’ Festival, and Express Media – the festival will include keynotes, performances, workshops and panels, featuring approximately 60 writers, including novelists, storytellers, poets, songwriters, playwrights, and comedians. The majority of events will be free.
