Here at ArtsHub we have often talked about the convergence of culinary delights and artistic endeavours. Plating is an art form. To cook, like art, is all about creative planning with a hint of spontaneity. Perhaps the most important similarity between the two is that both have the ability to draw communities together in the pursuit of something beautiful and good – and what could be better than that?
