2010 Australia’s Silent Film Festival in September in Sydney
Australia’s Silent Film Festival presents the best of classic Australian and international restored silent films with live music. Art house cinema and all genres are represented with a number of Australian premieres. Special features include a rarely seen magic lantern show and items from the iconic Darnell Collection in the Fashion and the 1920s session. Accompanying the films are internationally celebrated musicians: Riley Lee, Sharolyn Kimmorley, Mauro Colombis, Colin Offord, Robert Constable and Maria Okunev.
