Discover the inspiration behind the outfits, the importance of costumes and themes to the Mardi Gras parade, tips on designing parade costumes and perhaps a sneak peek of what is planned for 2012. Featuring legendary Mardi Gras costume designer Ron Muncaster, 2011 Best Costume ‘Gayola Crayons’ producer Drew Lambert, award-winning artist and float designer Philippa Playford and veteran parade photographer C.
