YOUR TEACHER

My name is Helen and I am an experienced guitarist, songwirter and teacher. My personal interest and specialty is teaching women how to play guitar with confidence and enjoyment. I am currently a solo performer and have co-produced several albums with my former band, Milk. I have also worked in other bands including The Idle Hoes and Jody Galvin and the Tenderhearts. I have won awards for songwriting, played at folk festivals across Australia and had my work played on ABC and community radio across the country. I teach privately from my home and have been known to conduct lessons in the backyard in summer and always serve cake and tea on special occasions.
