The deadline for entries for the Australian Stencil Art Prize is fast approaching - 1 August 2010 - only 4 weeks to go!
2010 Judges have just been announced, they are:
Regan Tamanui (the renowned Australian stencil artist - HaHa)
Sarah Thornton (Director, The Finders Keepers Markets)
Ears, Max Berry & Jamie Nimmo who co-run Oh Really Gallery
The winner of the Australian Stencil Art Prize will take home a $2000 cash prize.
Entry costs $20 per entry, details on how to enter are online at www.australianstencilartprize.com
ASAP is open to Australian citizens or residents who are aged 15 years or older. ASAP aims to recognise and reward stencil artists and to provide recognition for stencil art as an art form in its own right.
An exhibition of finalists and winning works will be held at Oh Really Gallery in Newtown, Sydney from 11 21 November 2010.
